John McMillen
John has worked with The Kitchen Company for 35 years and as of 2026 is the new owner. Whether he is interacting with clients, working with designers, scheduling installations, or ordering from our various suppliers, John believes that customer service is the most important part of the kitchen remodeling process. He prides himself on ensuring that each project exceeds the client's expectations.

Gail Bolling
Gail has more than 25 years of experience in the kitchen design business - both in kitchen design and as the previous co-owner. She designed half of the displays in our new kitchen showroom and her greatest joy comes from working with her clients to create a kitchen that is perfectly suited for them.

John Fecke
For over 30 years John has confidently guided his clients through every step of the kitchen design process. As previous owner, John learned the kitchen design business from the ground up and works hard to design kitchens that not only enriches his client's quality of life but also the value of their home.

Natasha Rappa
Natasha studied Interior Design at FIT in Manhattan before deciding she wanted to shift her attention to kitchens and bathrooms. She has worked with custom and semi-custom cabinet lines, recommending the best fit for her clients and helping them to stay in budget. Her extensive knowledge of the design industry along with her residential construction background ensures your project will run smoothly from start to finish.

Laurie Eriksson
Laurie has been designing kitchens with confidence for over 40 years. The majority of her time was spent working on floor plans and kitchen layouts and meticulously pouring over every design detail. In the last 5 years she's transitioned into design sales where her passion for meeting new people collides with her design expertise to create the perfect kitchen design process from start to finish.

Ron has been designing interiors and kitchens for over 30 years. His passion for cooking and love of beautiful design makes him the perfect addition to The Kitchen Company team, where he works through every detail with clients to create functional and thoughtfully designed kitchens.

Rachel has 10 years of experience in the design field working on everything from kitchen layouts and home furnishings to graphic design and marketing. As a jack of all trades, they support our designers and help keep things running behind the scenes.
