About the Design

Lindsay bought a beautiful mid-century modern home in Guilford Connecticut. She had previously redone the dining and living room but the kitchen was her largest project to date. With the help of The Kitchen Company designer, Ron Fischer, they were able to design a clean, contemporary and functional kitchen.

Emily and Brian bought a spacious home in North Haven Connecticut for their family of three, but it needed some serious updates. The kitchen layout was difficult to work in and the adjacent rooms lacked the warm, cozy feeling the couple desired. With the help of The Kitchen Company, Emily and Brian were able to turn their space from dark and difficult to bright and inviting.

This gorgeous historic home was one of the most difficult kitchens that owner/designer, Gail Bolling, has ever designed. Homeowners, Beth and Michael, wanted to create a more open, functional space by combining their sun room, dining room, and kitchen.

Homeowners, Joe and MaryJo, were overjoyed to finally build their dream home in Branford, Connecticut. With the help of The Kitchen Company co-owner and designer, John Fecke, they were able to design the luxurious custom kitchen that fits perfectly with their transitional, coastal style. When discussing the client's wishlist, John states that "Joe and MaryJo wanted a plan that would provide ample area for two people to cook and take advantage of the breathtaking views of Long Island Sound."

The Kitchen Company co-owner and designer Gail Bolling has been on quite a journey not only undergoing a kitchen remodel but taking us along for the ride. Gail's 1844 Colonial Farmhouse needed an update after 24 years of homemade meals and family gatherings. The style was outdated and the design was no longer functional for her family.

Katie and Kevin suffered a terrible fire where the smoke damaged most of their downstairs. Thankfully no one was hurt, but the damage was irreversible and the couple would need a complete home remodel. With the help of The Kitchen Company, Katie and Kevin transformed their outdated kitchen into the kitchen of their dreams.
